Exploitaion under neo-colonialism takes the following forms:
- Interest on loans
- Profit for foreign private investment
- Profit accumulates from unfair price relationship between manufactured good and raw materials in international trade
- Payments for the use of foreign technology, such as potent trade marks, loyalties etc
- Over-pricing of goods in case of import tied loans
- Over-invoicing and over-pricing of machinery in casr of partnership betwen a local company and a foreign company
- Extreme high salaries, allowances, and many other benefits for the expatriates
